Our sound systems run on electricity. If you are planning your party outdoors, please make sure there is a working outlet available.

   Our sound systems are equipped to accommodate an average living room. If you are planning your party in a hall or large area, we recommend that you consider using our disc jockeys. We offer this service at reduced rates.

   If you would like to upgrade your party favors we can accommodate you. Please make sure you give us at least 2 weeks to accommodate these requests. Please understand  that all special orders are final.

   We will call you the week before your party to get a guaranteed count. If the count changes and there are fewer, you will be responsible  for the minimum number of your guaranteed count. If your count is more than 10, you will be charged an additional $1.50 per child  to cover any express charges incurred.

   The party package includes the number of children entertained. This includes all children under the age of 10. If you  do not want to include certain children in your count, please make sure you have alternative entertainment so that you will not be charged for these children.

   If you are having a large party you may want to consider extra time or extra entertainment. We recommend at least one character for every 25 children. If you want pictures taken with 75 children or more we suggest booking an extra hour so that we have time to accommodate all the children.

   Our characters are trained to entertain 1-25 children. If your party has more than 25 children, we suggest you consider extra characters. If you want one character to entertain more than 25 children, there will be an extra $1.00 fee for each additional child.

   Our emcees are not permitted to begin your party until all monies are collected.

   We are there to entertain your children, not be abused. If you or any of your guests harass the emcee or character(s) we will ask you  to stop them. If you don't, we will  leave and you will receive no refund.

   You will be charged $30.00 for any returned checks.

   We will do everything possible to arrive at your party on time and prepared to entertain your children. Sometimes, working against us are weather, traffic and human error. If we are running late our emcees will attempt to call and inform you at least 10 minutes prior to your party. We do not guarantee to be on time but we understand that waiting is very difficult. Know that we are doing our very best.

We do our very best to accommodate changes you may need to make but last minute changes cost us time and money. Any changes made within 7 days of your appearance date will result in a $10.00 per request charge.

Please be sure to read your confirmation and let us know immediately of any changes. If we do not hear from you within one week of the time we booked your party, we will assume the confirmation is agreeable to you.

Please note the due dates for deposits and balances. Any deposits not received by due date are subject to cancellation. Balances not received by due date are subject to cancellation with non-refundable deposit.

Parties cancelled within one week are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee to cover office expenses.

   If you would like to pay by check you need to send a deposit. This needs to reach us no later than 2 weeks prior to your party. Checks written the day of the party without a deposit need to be cleared through the office and will have a 10% surcharge attached.

   If you need to make special payment arrangements we will try to accommodate. Please contact the office if you need to make these arrangements.

   We regret that we cannot accommodate rain dates. If you are scheduling a party outdoors you may want to consider where the party will be held in inclement weather.

   If snow causes you to cancel your party we will call to reschedule your date. Please try to notify us at least 3 hours before your party if you intend to cancel. We do not want employees driving on treacherous roads when the party has been rescheduled. 

   We schedule our parties back to back. If you would like to start your party late, please know that we will still have to leave at our scheduled time. We do not want to be late for our next party.

   Many of you have asked  about gratuities. Though they are not expected they are appreciated. They are divided between the character(s) and emcee unless otherwise specified.
